Original pre-WWI canvas 1st pattern M-1907 shovel cover.  It is maker marked RIA 1910.  Condition is excellent with minor storage soiling.  Leather strap is pliable and fully intact with 1909 date.  The original hanger is intact.  Buckle is loose from the body but is present, missing back leather loop that kept the strap secure to body.
